Do you do commissions?

Yes. In fact a large proportion of the works on the site were commissioned.

How much do you charge for a piece of work?

There are a number of factors that come into play when it comes to pricing including the size, medium, and subject. As commissioned work is bespoke I don’t have a standard pricing scheme so that would be a part of the discussion with any potential client. Of course any work for sale on the site will have the price dispalyed

Which medium do you use?

For a commission it depends on what’s been agreed with the client which usually means oil. I also use acrylic, charcoal and pencil amongst others.

What’s your practice?

I try when possible to work from life. However this is not always possible so if necessary I’ll use photographic references.
